A mishmash of my last morning in Rome before cruise, driving to the port city of Civitavecchia and photos from cruise ship.
Skinny kitty. D: Skinny, probably wild kitty. I COULD SEE ITS RIBS.
Clock by Roman roadside. This photo was more for Rome's flavor than any particular attraction, but I do like it. Motorcycles and small cars are rampant in Rome, 'cause it's hard to get around small streets and parking is much easier when your car is small.
After breakfast, we went walking and we were interrupted by a huge stream of bicyclers with orange balloons. I figure that they were bicycling for a cause, but I still have no idea what that cause could be. All I could think was HUGE STREAM OF BICYCLES. There was an ambulance trailing behind the end, to catch people suffering from heatstroke.
Another photo for Rome's flavor. =)
Photo of Italian countryside! Took this when we were being taxied from Rome to Civitavecchia, from where our cruise ship was leaving.
Obligatory photo of cruise ship. It's huge and not exactly pretty, but very functional.
Ocean! Ocean! Ocean! MEDITERRANEAN.
Last pic: taken while still in Rome in the morning, and I'm actually on the other side of the Corte di Cassazione which was shown in a previous photo.
