UM OKAY SO THE FORMAT FOR THIS IS JUST PERFECT BECAUSE HOPEFULLY IT WILL ENTICE PEOPLE WHO ONLY LIKE NICK OR ONLY LIKE MILEY INTO GIVING IT A CHANCE. You evil genius, you. (Or okay, it actually just makes the most sense, really. But I like to pretend that you are an evil genius with a black top hot and such.)

I LIKE WHEN THINGS START OUT WITH MILEY CYRUS WEARING LITTLE TO NO PANTS. It's much, much appreciated for all of us out there who have eyes.

Going from one extreme to the next, can I just say that the picture of Miley and Billy Ray when she's a little bb and has the hat over her head literally makes me squee out loud every time I see it. It is one of the cutest things ever. I WANT A BABY. NO I JUST WANT THAT BABY MILEY TO SNUGGLE. Ugh except not at all because that is creepy, really.

I HAVE TEARS IN MY EYES DUE TO ALL OF THE SQUEEING.

I can tell you the exact moment I fell in love with him? It was the Congress picture of him. Everything from there on just made me fall in love with him more.
