Christmas kicked ass. My sweetums got me a Canon PowerShot SX100. It's pretty fancy; its 10x optical zoom, small form factor and quick boot-up time all make me happy. Expect lots of close-up pictures of the most random things like puppy paws, my nose and whatever wildlife happens to saunter out of the woods. I was also presented with delicious ( Read more... ) -

Has anyone else tried Stride's Forever Fruit gum? Holy Jesus, I can't stop chewing it. For a sugarfree gum, it really does last for a long time. So delicious ( Read more... ) -

Undeserving luck
Dunno what I did to deserve it, but a new Xbox just arrived. They shipped it out without notifying me. Even better: manufacture date of 9-15-2007. This means it has 65nm chip which requires less cooling. Woot x 10. Halo 3 time this weekend, WOOO WOOOO! -

Halo 3 arrived yesterday. My 360 is still at the repair center with no update from the techs. I've resorted to hooking up the dusty Xbox to play through Halo 2. I'm amused at how crappy the graphics look on my beast of a TV ( Read more... )
