Ok, so I don't think any of you know...but last summer I had spinal surgery to removed a tumor fom my spinal fluid column - which had grown around pinched nerves that were a direct relation to my time in Iraq (I was army). Not gonna go into all of that  -LOOOOONNNNNNGGGGG story - but I've been missing for a few days because I had to go to the VA

That program sounds really exciting! I've always wanted to learn Japanese, but I still only know random words I picked up from anime. I think it's really exciting that you could have a chance to spend time in Japan, and have your family with you! Good luck!

Thanks! I'm really excited about it - and the language is a challenge to learn (understatement of the year) but I think it will be an amazing opportunity for us all...so keep your fingers crossed for me!
