To put it mildly...Life's been busy! Between my job, family, and school I've deligated myself to the 'when I have a spare moment' lurking. I've also decided not to apply for the teaching program in Japan - after further research, we realized that the resources for my youngest son just weren't there. I love hurting Iruka. Haha. I love how this version didn't break under the pressure of having to kill a kid, like mine in Defiance did, but instead merely lost something of himself.

Hee. Thanks! That's what I was trying to show...but I was told, in a nice way, that it was not quite up to the standard that the mods hold for their RP.

That kind of stuff is what got my friends to start their own rp comm, lol. Because so many of them take themselves too seriously.

don't remember which comm this was for, but they missed out on a lovely addition to their writers. I see no reason you shouldn't have made it... however, their loss is our gain :P lucky us :)

~.^ Thanks! I didn't say who the comm was, mainly because I respect the mods there and just wanted an outside opinion on the story itself.

But yes, I would agree - I've really been welcomed by you guys and look forward to writing there!

First, so I don't freak you out, let me tell you that I found your journal after a trail of clicks starting at Naruto404 led me here. (I used to write Naruto fanfiction using the name Shikyaku--long boring story--but the point is, don't fear me! I'm home with a sick child and doing that ~aimless internet clicking~ thing ( ... )

Yes! Check out KHR! I just finished reading/watching, and am now going back to the beginning of Death Note (I almost finished it, but not quite) because my husband's getting into it and I want to watch with him. I love Ryuk. Not carnally or anything... That's what Matsuda's for =D

Edited-->I've now read the Izumo, and the Genma/Kotetsu. Thanks for feeding my appetite for Naruto with all the characters I love, in well written situations ^__^

I will! I know - after seeing the live action ones in theaters, I had to go backand watch the DN dvd's too - I'm currently on disk 7.
