Spin Class

Just got in from lunch; took a spin class that did wonders for my mental well-being today.
Time to spin my mind and get busy on some stuff.

Oh that class was great.
They were playing some jamming white boy tunes that was had me "krunk" I broke out a nice lil sweat.
I had felt real lathargic prior to coming to class.
That broke it.
