I have had it. I am tired of my fake promises to myself to change. I am tired of my compulsive eating, and putting my life on hold. I am no better than an alcoholic who cant control himself around alcohol, only my booze is food

thank you. I do have eating issues..I have had since I was a teenager. I dont know if its a full blown eating disorder, but probably pretty close at times. I lost about 40 pounds as a teenager by starving, and then again 60 when I was 28 by starving myself for 2 months. This past time I have done it the right way, but the temptations are always there just to do drastic things because its so quick. I dont want to be that way though because its only short lived and I want to be healthy.
It's great that you're deciding to make this change. I know it can be hard sometimes and it takes time to get there, but eventually, you will!
Maybe a little tip for the water (I was horrible with the water drinking when I startet dieting, and this tip has been a great help for me): try to drink at least two glasses before you leave to house every morning, by doing that you're already well on your way to drink the 6-8 glasses!! I personally swear by it!
thank you..I am so tired of making excuses. Its time Im done with it all.. by the way, do you get the show"the biggest loser" where you live? I have been watching it..it is so inspiring.
