I know this is a really unrelated question, really, but how do they differentiate between gay couples and just friends? Or, I guess, how difficult is it to cross that line and make your more-than-friends interest in a person known? Is there much of a GLBT culture at all?

men wear pink shirts, purple pants, hold hands (even cops do it) and no one bats an eye.
there's no homophobia because no one is homo.
it's totally mad, at the same time that it's nice to see men hold hands without a problem.
