Unlike the other Masked Rider from his world, Den-O, Ryotarou's transformation into Zeronos has a cost attached to it: his cards literally use up other peoples' memories of him. Meaning that if he uses one, the character chosen will forget completely and irrevocably Ryotarou.
I'm unsure how often he would actually need to transform on the Astral Plane, but if you don't mind your character forgetting Ryotarou should he ever need to, please let me know here. ♥
Q&A!:
• "What if I don't want my character to forget Ryotarou by the time it's their turn for the cards?"
Then you can say 'no'! Simple as that~ Either have them cycle back down to the bottom of the list or have them taken off completely. No hard feelings. I know I don't look forward to losing CR all the time.
• "Is it possible to get the memories back?"
No. Plain and simple explanation, they are erased; not suppressed or hidden or blocked off (which also means no deja vu, sadly). The closest thing you could probably get would be to ask the Twins to give you Ryotarou's memories with that character, and, of course, that would not be quite the same.
