Trying to hold you again Chapter 01

Sho sigh and takes off his shoes. Looking inside his dark apartment makes him missing someone really badly. Without switching the lights on, he went inside his bedroom and immediately lay down on his bed. After staring at the ceiling for sometime, Sho hugs a pillow that he has been hugging day after day and try to sniff any scents that might remain.
Slowly, a tear fall down and Sho hugs the pillow tighter. Refuse to allow himself to cry again, he immediately sits down at the edge of the bed and roughly wipes his eyes with the back of his hand. His eyes looking at the picture in the broken frames at the nightstand and he sigh again.
Sho takes out his phone and dialling the same number he already imbedded inside his head. The calling tone immediately filled his ear and he patiently waiting for the other end to pick up but as usual, no one did.
"Babe, it's me. Please call me back. I'm sorry, I am really sorry," Sho leave a voice message and end the call. He stands and walk to the veranda. Take a deep breath and pressed his forehead one the sliding door glass. Regret fill his heart again and he hates it.
They have been together for so long to the point it bores him. It is his choice to end it all thinking that the feelings are no longer there, feeling that he will be much more happier without this relationship anymore but the moment he saw the retreating back leaving his home, he immediately regretting his decision.
The room feels empty and too big for him at the moment. Each passing day, he wakes up wishing that he can reach out beside him and embrace that warm body or wishing that he wakes up with the sound of cooking and song humming. Dialling again and listening to the same calling tones, he patiently waiting again, praying that the other end picks up.
"Hello," the call connected. Sho takes a deep breath due to the shock and his hand tremble a bit.
"Ba...babe," Sho stuttered.
"I am not your babe anymore, remember," the other person replies, sarcastically. Sho gripped the phone tighter and sits down to calm himself up. His mind racing, thinking on what he should be saying to mend all this.
"You do remember that you are the one who don't want to be in this relationship anymore, right? You are also the one who said that this relationship suffocating you and you want to end it so you can breathe and be free. I am just giving you with what you want, so please do tell me why that you are bothering calling me. Someone that you don't have feelings anymore," the other person said. Sho shut his eyes tight and lays down.
"I'm sorry," Sho whispered. "I am really sorry for all the things that I said before. I am really sorry that I hurt you," Sho said. Tears flow down and he wipes it immediately. All he can hear at the other end is the other person's breath.
"I thought I can live without you," Sho continue, "But as days gone by, I feel empty without you. I realized that you are my everything. Your voice, your scent, your everything echoes in this house, in my mind, in my heart,"
"What do you want me to do, Sho," the other person replied.
"Please come back, I love you,"
