[Review] Nirvana - MUCC

I feel like doing another review, this time for MUCC's new "Nirvana" single. This review is for both the Limited Edition and Regular Edition released on March 7, 2012.

I admit that I don't like a lot too their new direction... My favourite albums are Kuchiki no tou and Gokusai, good old times ;_; still, MUCC will remain one of my favourites because of their creativity and the influence they gave to visual kei and jrock, they're skilled musicians and funny people I really admire.

You know, I actually really like both the old, heavy rock sound just as much as I like the new things from Karma forward. A lot of people didn't like Arcadia, but I really like it, too. Nirvana is OK. Balse is excellent. It's just those remixed extras that sound horrible. I almost wish they had waited and created a third track for a single rather than doing remakes. Still, you can't help but admire them for being so talented and creative. :)
