My old Clancy dog has been having some issues lately and it's hard to watch them be sick and get older. Poor furry children...

Thanks Geri. I think about Clancy sometimes. How old is she now? I remember you used to mention her a lot years ago on alt.wedding.

She's 14. She is almost 100% blind and she can't hear very well and she's definitely got dementia, but other than that she's doing well. She's like an old lady, just sleeping a lot and being very quiet.

Poor girl. I guess 14 is pretty old for a small pedigree dog though. Our poodle Teddy was about that age and he had the same problems when he passed. He couldn't hear at all though and was almost blind. I think I remember that he had arthritis too. He died by accident though. It was really sad. I will send some "feel well in your golden years" vibes up Clancy's way.
