So, I got woken up at 11:00 this morning. This is actually a most horrendous thing that happened to me, though it might not seem like it at first glance. Hey, this is a good story, because it has a happy ending - you WON!!! Maybe it was the photographic evidence of the 'expired tags' which saved the day ... that, or you were just being too scary.

I hate noise pollution and I hate my neighbours who have two noisy parrots so I salute your stand.

LuLz, I think its funny because it happens in my hood too. The ice cream/crack dealer will stop on the block for 30 minutes at a time. I drives me up the wall that damn music. I've told my daughter that the music is from the garbage man. If she know he sold ice cream i would have to kill that man.
