I like that you've presented it in a funny way.

He stopped by Saturday morning after going MIA in me Friday night, and said it was over. Then he sat there. I asked if he was expecting me to say something, he said no, and sat there. I said, you want to hear the truth? So, I went on to tell him that he has no spine, is a coward, shouldn't be dating etc.

Found out that he never seems to introduce people to his friends, since about 2 years ago he was with a women who he brought to a party. She got bombarded with questions, over loaded and left him. Now, because of that, he's scared to introduce people to his friends. I pointed out, so, because she was scared, you think I won't have enough of a spine to stand-up and deal with your friends?

Yeah, dude has issues! Which he knows and even said maybe he should go to therapy for.

I was angry at first, and then just laughed at the whole thing. I also think I might have accidentally had a date with someone yesterday :-S

Guys who say yeah I may need therpay say that to cover up being an asshole. They want to be the good guy and make you feel sorry for them. People who really need therapy wouldn't agree with someone.
He knows he did wrong.
Glad you didn't waste more time with him.
When someone digs you, they want the whole world to know!
YOu deserve that!!!
Girl, you are going to have to kiss a few frogs before meeting prince charming!
:-D

If my experiences are any indication, spines are a very rare commodity in this town. heh.

Ah, the joys of dating in New York. :-(

But yes, a spine is a useful thing in a boyfriend . . .

Wow, you had time to sneak on the interntet! Or did the in-laws just leave?

Yes, those silly things called spines :D

In-laws just left -- exhausted and my dissertation advisor emailed to remind me I was behind schedule -- but at least the apartment is *ours* again. (They stayed at a hotel but spent most of their waking hours here . . . )
