Getting bored with nothing to do, the brunette made his way out into the living room and looked for someone to play with. Honestly, you would think living with 14 other guys, there'd be at least 7 of them around but NO! They're all out grocery shopping, working out at the gym, helping out at the hospital, volunteering at the orphanage, reading to the blind, or whatever stuff. Sure those stuff was important but his boredom needed a cure too!
Huffing, Donghae looked around the living room. Not a single soul in sight. Not even TtangKkoMa was home.
Pouting Donghae was about to go into Kyuhyun's room and play with his PS2 but he heard a loud crash coming from the kitchen. Snapping alert, Donghae grabbed the baseball bat in the closet and slowly treaded to the kitchen. Careful to not make any noise, Donghae stood right outside the kitchen entrance against the wall and holding onto the baseball bat in a tight grip.
Taking a deep breath, Donghae whipped around and ran into the kitchen with the bat in hand. He was going to hit the intruder. Giving a fierce cry at first Donghae entered the kitchen but yelped and landed on the floor. He tripped over someone's shoes, landing on the floor face first. The bat rolled away to under the kitchen table.
His body started to hurt all over from the fall.
Shindong stopped making his homemade sushi and looked at the pitiful Donghae on the floor. Just one look at Donghae and the discarded bat he knew what the younger was doing. Washing his hands, he left his beloved sushi to help the poor Fish on the floor.
"You okay Donghae?" Shindong ask, helping Donghae to his feet and making him sit on one of the kitchen chairs.
"Shindong? What are you doing here?" Donghae was clearly surprised that someone was home.
"I was making sushi. Want to help?" Shindong went back to the counter and went back to making his food.
"You're not going to ask what I was doing?" Donghae asked, washing his hands and copying whatever Shindong was doing.
"It's kinda obvious. You thought there was a stranger here so you got a bat and was ready to hurt the person for trespassing but you fell instead."
"Promise you won't tell the others! Heechul and Kangin will laugh at me for sure. Eunhyuk will never let me live it down."
"Sure."
"Really? No brides? No blackmailing? Nothing?"
"Do you want me to?" Shindong finished cutting the sushi roll and looked at Donghae.
"NO!"
"Okay then."
"Are you going to eat all this sushi? There's so much! You've already filled 5 restaurant size bento's full of sushi!"
"So? That's for later. I'm only eating this place of sushi. Plus I'm done making it already."
"Can I have some?" Donghae asked, giving Shindong his best puppy eyes. The ones even Kangin couldn't resist.
"No." Shindong said simply, walking past the shocked Fish out the kitchen and into the living room.
"Why not?" Donghae whined.
"Because I want to eat it all by myself."
"I helped!"
"You helped but you kept making it too big and the seaweed ripped so bad that when I cut the roll, the whole thing fell apart. You ate the failed one you made already."
"Fine! I declare war!" Donghae shouted, grabbing a pillow and hitting Shindong with it. Running away with his place, Shindong placed the plate on top of the DVD player.
"You're on!"
The two started to gather pillows and blankets to form forts. They moved the living room furniture around to their advantages. They ransacked the member's room for more ammo. A full-on war broke out.
When some of the members came back and saw the living room looking like a children's playhouse they didn't know what to do.
"This is your captain speaking. I need all men to the front field. The enemy is growing stronger!" A voice shouted from behind the upside down couch.
"You'll never win! Give up already you Fish!"
"Never you sushi monster!" Donghae shouted, standing up and throwing a pillow in Shindong's face.
Heechul laughed and pulled a chair out of nowhere and plopped down onto it. Watching the whole thing with amusement. Kangin, Eunhyuk, Hankyung, and Ryeowook wondered what they were doing.
"Hae, what are you doing?" Eunhyuk shouted at his friend.
"Hyukkie! Come and back me up! The sushi monster won't share his sushi with me!"
"Sushi? I'm coming!" Eunhyuk gave a cry and dived behind the couch next to Donghae, narrowly missing a hit from Shindong.
"Kangin! You should help us too!" Donghae shouted, grabbing the pillow that missed Eunhyuk and throwing it at Shindong.
"Shindong! You better give me some of your sushi!"
"If you help me defeat those two!" Shindong bargained.
"Deal!" Kangin agreed, shoving Hankyung in front of him and diving behind him.
"Kangin!" Hankyung shouted. He was not pleased being used a human shield.
"The deal goes for you too hyung." Shindong said, passing him an arm load of plushies he had gathered from Sungmin's room alone. Not even bothering to think it over, Hankyung immediately threw the plushies at his enemy.
"WOOKIE!" EunHae shouted in desperate need for it to be a fair war. They needed another man but there was no way they were going to call for Heechul. That's like asking for a death wish.
With nothing better to do, Ryeowook stealthily sneaked some of their enemy's ammo and rushed over to EunHae. When the others noticed their big pile of plushies gone, a real battle broke out. Plushies, pillows, stuff animals, blankets, towels, beanies, socks, clothes and even a couple beach balls were thrown at each other.
Heechul just watched it all with amusement and cackled at the sight in front of him. It was definitely a smart idea to take Zhou mi's free-standing video camera stand and the camera and film it all. The others were too caught up in their fight to notice that he was eating from a bento box.
