the ward that i m working on atm has several elderly men with emphysema and asthma .the bug went through them all like a dose of salts and as a consequence we are up to our elbows in mucus ,tissues and oxygen cylinders ! every now and again you come across a massive greenie spat on the floor ! nice :o(((

nope didnt need no help at all - woke up felt like dog do, pulled the covers over me again and went back to sleep for an hour (seeing as ive not had a day off in 3 weeks incl weekend and kept working including all nighters despite feeling ill they can hardley deny me an extra hour in bed.)

one of the girls here at work i get on with really well is getting married ths weekend and shes going for drinks this afternoon as is her last day at work as a single girl. i really want to go but have been instructed to wear a surgical mask inthe pub so she doesnt catch it for her wedding day - lol
