Unfortunately i havent lived there for 9 years now, so am not that up on the Hull punk scene anymore. Could try posting something to the message board at Spiders ? A "desperately seeking" message - if he is likely to know any net-goth/net-punk types (yes they have them in Hull too!) then theres a chance that someone knows where he is

Try www.192.com It is BTs database of a addresses of houseowners, If you know the name and the area it will bring up a list of matching names & addresses and phone numbers (if nit xd).
You used to be able to get a few FREE searches, not sure if thats still the case, you may have to pay £20 for 100 searches now.
