Well, I guess asking questions is just a part of our lives. I believe an abundance of it each day may either drive you crazy (if the answers to the sets of questions you ask are not answerable by a simple yes or no) or it may improve our knowledge stock

this is what i've gathered from personal experience. i hope this will help you in some way...

1. no, the presence of office politics reflects the presence of a company. people are so diverse and so naturally self-serving that in any community, philosophies will clash and interests will conflict. power struggles are natural in any society, and offices are nothing but little societies.

2. sincerity is overrated. i personally find as many insincere adults as there were insincere children while i was growing up. everyone hides behind something for a unique personal reason, which no one else is in a position to criticize.

if we were all open about our true feelings, we would probably end up killing each other, or ourselves.

Hi there. How are you? Thanks for the reply. I really miss you. Haha siguro kaya I usually end up with arguments with people because of my pursuit for sincere people. Siguro I have to appreciate nalang the very few sincere people that I have around. Ill just think of them every time i'll get frustrated when a lot of 'plastic' people surround me =D Thank you for being sincere to me even if sinabi mo na lahat tayo may tinatagong insincerity. For me, you are one of the truest friends i have.
