Odd. Looks like it might be, but that's surprising -- LJ usually prevents you from creating duplicate feeds. I wonder if there are variations in the URL or some such. (I used the most obvious URL -- http://eastkingdomgazette.org/rss -- but it's possible that there are other valid variations that LJ didn't catch as duplicate...)
