I'm starting to think "mentally ill" about this individual. And that's just from what I've read on this forum... Seriously, if this is a three year old issue, what is the point of dragging it up now? And then dragging so many different individuals into the mess with you?

You don't have to go as far as "mentally ill." "Relieves own stress by flinging proclamations of badness at others, and has gotten pretty far down her list of stuff to drag up" is more likely.
