There is a means to remove the lock placed on people's supernatural powers and abilities, such as Alphonse's alchemy. It's dangerous, and the powers don't seem to work normally once they return. Right now, I'm waiting to see when Alphonse will stabilize before trying the procedure on anyone else.

In the meantime, what I want to know is what exactly you are capable of if you are at your full potential.

Er...magic. Spells, charms, potions. Where I'm from magic can change the shape of things, charm them to do things on their own, healing potions, I'm sure those would be useful. It's hard to explain everything a wizard can do with magic...
