Actually, it turned out very well, considering the circumstances. We were the only local band of the original six that actually showed up. We had to play early (6:20pm), but we weren't being cheated so it wasn't bad. However, our bassist got stuck in some monstrous traffic for 3 hours and didn't get to play, but we salvaged things pretty well. The crowd was great for the time slot, probably a hundred or so and they reacted very well to us. Personally, I think we sounded great and made many new fans, many of which told us we were better than the headliners, so that thrilled me. Sold quite a bit of merch and the headlining acts even told us we were good. So my worrying was put to rest, but it still should have been run better by the bookers. But I will forgive them, just this once. ;)
