Woah... I wrote a thing. Actually I have recently written a bunch of things: 2 entries for the fic exchange, AND I managed to write a fic for the MoR contest :D It came out pretty good, actually, so I'm excited to send it in. Not sure if I'm supposed to put formatting in before I send it or send it as is... god knows I loooove my italics and need

I'll read your fic post tomorrow (since I just got home and I'm a little tired tonight), but I wanted to let you know right away that you don't have to format the contest fic if you don't want to. I usually do a search for italic formatting in Word, so I can put it all in.

Yay, thanks for clarifying that for me :D I need to look it over once or twice more and then I'll send it in. I'm planning to write a 3x4 fic for the alternate pairing section too, hopefully that pans out!

Now I've read the story. It was really good. I like the advice Crystal gave him. It seems to me like Duo took that advice to heart. It's cool to think of this as being one incident that helped transform him into the deeply layered young man he becomes in the series and EW. I have a strong fondness for these kind of stories that fill in missing back history.
