My cousin is a chef in Toronto, I'll send him details and see if he can come. We talked organics over Thanksgiving, but he doesn't quite buy in yet. More work to do! His new place is called Karuchie at 924 College St West, we're hoping to come and visit it soon!

ha ha fortunately i only have to police the potential exhibitors and not the patrons.. that would be so annoting (and boy woudl people love us getting ticketd and all.... but i like it!) next time im in the central part of town i'll try to check out the Karuchie, but also if you happen to be in toronto in april. be sure to come to the show!!! and if your cousin needs anymore convincing you can tell him that both Jamie Kennedy and Marc Thuet are both doing presentations at the show (tehy're these big fancy pants chefts in town...)

hope it will be a party, fear it will be work-- but a) if its a part of all the atendees its a win win and b) even when its work its still going to be a blast!! come to toronto!!
