The word 'Come prepared' means more to Sasuke than Cthulhu probably realized. He's wearing his black cloak, hood pulled over his head to mask his face, and to keep himself somewhat dry (in case it did get wet like the child said it might). He has the few kunai he's managed to save during his stay in Nuadora and his sword is on his back, ready if he needs it. And then as seen before, his familar curls around his neck, comfortable and safe, while watching everything that transpires.

He approaches the man standing on the docks with slight caution, but speaks confidently. He sees no need for formalities when he has questions.]
