So Ive been going to the Y for about 2 days now (I know, huge accomplishment) and last nite I did my basic workout: Benchpress, Ab Crunch, sides, bicep curls, chin-ups, stair step, bicycle and tredmil thingy. Oh and Basketball, too. I cant go swimming or go in the steam room for another 2 weeks or so bc of my nose trying to heal
