Schwenk's comment - not that I have the first idea who he is, although I think I have heard of Mr Ockrent - is simply unnaceptable in a civilised society, whether in public or private, however vituperative the discussion. We all should have a little sign on our screen - 'engage brain before hitting 'send''.
