Some people mistakenly buy it thinking that this sort of recipe will work (AKA only 2-3 hours cooking time) and end up finding the meat is tough and then complain :P
AKA 8 hours and a slow cooker? buy chuck, it will be nice and soft..this type of meal? nope, you will be eating beef that is like rocks in your mouth :>
