if you have somehow gotten suckered into the what seems to be the recent uber nerd past time of lusting for a gmail account... well i've got 3 invites looking for someone who can provide a nice warm place for them. three rules though: don't feed them after midnight, never expose them to water, never expose them to bright lights ( Read more... )

i've heard it mentioned a couple times (all on livejournal)... but i still don't know what it is. lol

well, gmail is a free email service offered by google. having an account was this real "elite" thing for a little while - people were even selling invites on eBay for about 5 - 10 dollars at one point.

besides it being (formerly) elite, it also offered a whopping 1 gig of space. why you need that much is beyond me. but there's also something really creepy about it...

i guess people also want to get accounts now so they can get the username of choice.
