a sad story

So today I'm driving on I-45 South back from U of H, and I see smoke in the distance coming from the opposite side of the freeway. Once I get over a little hill I can see it's coming from a pickup utility truck, whose entire front end is a fireball, whereupon one man is attempting to spray it with what looks to be a dinky garden hose.
