still up...still going, kinda hyped up on caffine and nicotine...GAH! too much thinking, too much writing....

regularly, nothing. but sometimes when its gonna be a long night and i'm inches from a breakdown- a marlboro menthol light (I alomost always have a pack around that i kinda hide from myself and dig out when needed..)

no worries, this dose not lump me in the catagory of smoker by any stretch, simply and emergency survival tatic and/or the occasional drunken treat.
