France minus 6 days

I've been to Grenoble once, for less than 24 hours. Travelling there was as intimidating as I always find air travel - excessive rules with no logic behind them so i can't figure out when i'm doing things wrong, combined with exposed weaponry, does that to me. *hugs* I hope it seems better once you settle in. At least it'll give you lots of great work experience. I fly back with Martin on weds night, if your free perhaps we could all go out for food/drinks before you go?

You will be OK I reckon :) My predictions about you have a reasonable track record.

Don't think of it as life without boy. You are just on reduced rations for a few months. If you are into him for the long haul (which I think you are) then you'll be fine.

All the stressy anxiety stuff is there to keep you on the ball and get everything sorted - sounds like it's doing the job!

tax will take atleast 4 years after you return to sort out, noone will ever understand what it is you do... and you will never feel more than compitent about the whole language / forign affair!

but thats ok, you'll get use to it and you won't mind, infact youll begin to love it! :) :)

ps. they have phones and internet and you can have vissiter which you stagger! and i'd bet money on the fact in 6months you'll be like "holy shit! that went fast"
