I'm just kidding, I'm sure I will probably end up running over a blue whale when I start driving, and I'm sure the rat lived, he probably crawled away, like a Vietnam war vet, no legs, only arms working, and threw himself into the storm drain and his lovely wife and 20 kids nursed him back to health. Rats, I'm sure have developed much more advanced medicine than humans, so he's probably up and scurrying across the street again
