Today my son Danny has a dentist appointment. No big deal right? He has cavities and has to get them filled. We've all had to do that right? The thing is, Danny is autistic and things effect him quite differently. A day that will live in infamy! Well not really for everybody like Pearl Harbor or anything but for me. Today is my anniversary. 24 years married to the same man. 
Everybody tells me how lucky I am. How wonderful in this day and age to be married so long. Today though, I'm sad. Instead of being happy, I'm thinking of all the "what ifs".
