jaw pain. like someone struck me with a hammer. it's probably tmj, related to impending period. no drugs have calmed it. oh how i wish i could have a big glass of wine right now - i'd hold my nose and not taste it - just to have the pain go away

try to consciously hold your jaw as loose as possible. it doesn't have to gape open, but don't use any more muscles than you have to.
