I was wondering how your internship was going. Sounds like it will be pretty intense...probably good that you dropped that class. And those damn fatty lipids! Perhaps Matt and I will exert our veggie influence over you yet! lol. I'm assuming it probably just runs in your family then? Is there anything you can do about it? Let me know if you ever want to go walking sometime.

I love Matt and Phil's new place. It will make for many new memories and good times.

I am kinda drifting in the direction of being veggie... but I don't think I'll be able to give up some meat (chicken and fish) completely. It would be great if you and Matt know any vegetarian recipes though, we could try them out at the new apartment!

Mainly I am trying to cutback a lot of my sugar intake, since based on research I've done triglyceride levels rise when you have a lot of sugar in your blood, which the body tends to convert into that specific type of fat (probably part of why I have the little belly going on)... whatever it can't convert ends up floating around in your blood and clogging arteries. So, I'm trying to eliminate most of the sugar and refined carbs in my diet. Especially I have switched over to diet pop, and even then only 1 can per day... plus a major cutback in cookies, white flour, etc.

Anyway, yeah... it is a genetic thing I think, not being helped by my bad diet :-P

hmmm...could that be Ear paying off yet again? What a great compliment for you in your field placement. You seem to be really happy right now Kate. I'm glad. And congrats to you and Phil on 2 years - geez.. you're growing up so fast ;)
