Mainly I am trying to cutback a lot of my sugar intake, since based on research I've done triglyceride levels rise when you have a lot of sugar in your blood, which the body tends to convert into that specific type of fat (probably part of why I have the little belly going on)... whatever it can't convert ends up floating around in your blood and clogging arteries. So, I'm trying to eliminate most of the sugar and refined carbs in my diet. Especially I have switched over to diet pop, and even then only 1 can per day... plus a major cutback in cookies, white flour, etc.
Anyway, yeah... it is a genetic thing I think, not being helped by my bad diet :-P
