I don't understand much about foresight, but you're right that people panicking over possibly nothing is bad. I've been talking to Kaylee, and her description of a full-blown panic is definitely not good.

Well, I don't think it's LIKELY to be nothing, but even then, panicking over something can make it worse than better.
