Lite Headedness

I've been lite headed since yesterday. Before I even took my new meds. I don't know what it's about. I'm eating and drinking normally. I took allergy meds this morning to see if that would help. But I still feel this way. Like I have a contact high or am buzzin from wine. It's making me tired
