Point me at that diet... I am about 10% lighter than first of the year LAST year, but still have a bunch more to pull off. I am hypoglycemic so if I fast I faint, which ruins the rest of the day. I do not know if I can tolerate heavy soy, my experience with sow about anything is gassy colic or crampy abdomen gas.

You are in a city... to cut costs cut out the middle man... call your county extension agent ask for addresses or phone numbers of milk goat farms...(tell him you are "interested in how they run"). Hit your health food stores and see if they have fresh from the goat suppliers

If Frank and I had land... I'd have some goats...
Best Groundskeepers and milk producers for the land type we have in Texas.
I did a whole report on Goat husbandry for my 7th grade science report. I was almost as goat obsessed as I was horse as a kid. (Since goats make great stable/field buddies for horses)

Order the red curry with Tofu.
Ask for a pile of Sprouts instead of rice.
Eat the eggplants, union, seranos, and bamboo and tofu out of the sauce. Toss the sprouts into the remaining puddle of curry.
Its almost desertlike on the cold sprouts...
I bet it would also be awesome on Glass noodles (Which are made out of mung beans instead of rice or wheat)
