Ahh, why do you have to go to dinner with her then?
I would feel uncomfortable going out anywhere with my mother's boyfriend, if it were just the two of us. It's 'cause I don't know him, met him a handful of times despite the fact that they've apparently been together for five years now (I thought it was four, my brother thought it was ONE, HAHAHA). Hm. But he seems all right for the most part, so I think it'd be okay.
Because her and I are alone in the house today, and my dad already told me that I need to go to dinner with her. I don't want to upset anybody so since I can't go anywhere I kind of have to go to dinner.
I've lived with my step-family for three years now, but I don't really like leaving my bedroom much. I don't really like anybody here except my dad, to be honest.
