find out what has been said to friend B. Ask friend A what they said. Compare results proceed to option 3 if resolution fails proceed to option 4 with extreme prejudice.

(Alternately lock the two of them in a room with a corpse in the middle handcuff them to the wall and through a series of painful and ultimately fatal games the truth will be known (and you wont have to bother about option 4)) :)

Personally I’d be a lill wary of anything ‘friend’ A told me from now on - or had told me in the past for that matter … and definitely not tell them anything personal from now on …
