There was a report on Fox News that high school children are doing less and less homework, and studying less and less. Now, even though my mom has been saying this all semester, I'm just not sure I believe it's true. Every class I'm taking in college says like "expect to do 2-3 hours a week of out-of-class work". I did the calculations, and if every class I take is like that, which every one I've taken so far has been, then there literally aren't enough hours in a day for a full load of classes. They're fucking insane if they want to give us MORE homework, as I never do most of what I'm given anyway.

Work stinks. I'll tell you if college is as bad next year. **desperately hopes that it's not...shiver**
Towels are spiffy. And yeah, I caught the whole Bush/Beeblebrox thing, too. But I think it was only a partial stab at the president. The slight accent suited his character (Zaphod, that is) and added the whimsy that the character needed. I'm more or less a Bush supporter, and I wasn't offended at all.
