well...i can understand how your director didn't like you saying the woman was "irate" over the walkie talkie, if you said it in front of the woman. but it sounds to me like you handled the situation very well, and if those parents can't understand and abide by the rules, then they shouldn't act like they're above them.
*hug* i'm proud of you! and i'm glad the kid listened to you, too. i hope he does come back and that his parents are less "irate." ;)
*shrugs* I dunno...hindsight is always good, yanno? I was scared that she really was going to take her kid, and I wanted to get people's attention. The fact that she was still there didn't really make a difference to me. I was just lookin' for some help!
I guess if it happens again, which I hope it doesn't, I'll try to use better words. Oh well.
