The other day at work, we were in the middle of morning rush. Basically, "rush" is a group huddle of a dozen employees where a couple managers spout off business figures us commonfolk don't pay much mind to and remind us of things like sell the latest promotions and don't forget the rules. what is it about mid-level management in customer service? i've heard the same things from j.crew AND old navy. really bugs me.

yeah, i don't know. i'd like to make more money, but i don't want to have to be brainwashed in the process.

honestly, there's a whole subculture associated with customer service that i don't think a lot of people are aware about. if you DO advance at arclight i highly recommend leaving within a couple of years...
