Oh. I just enjoyed this entirely too much. I cackled at my computer screen on more than one occasion and it was just... I cringed where Charles cringed, and I'll admit that I fluttered a little when I realized Erik was wooing Charles.

Wooing.

Why doesn't anyone do that anymore?!

Gah. Beautiful and funny and hilarious.

I loved the supporting cast in this, particularly the wooing of Shaw with cupcakes. :D So funny and cute!

Oh sweet Jesus! This is perfect and so awesome, I bout died from the cuteness, then how hilarious it was, and ....and it's just perfect. I admit the first half had me worried about the age difference, because Charles is 16 and it seemed like Erik was already out of college, but the 2nd half cleared that up for me. Also the subtle tones of Charles' home life were sort of sad, but I like how Erik takes care of that.

In the original thread, I think somebody did mention Charles' age and how it was slightly uncomfortable for them which is when I realised I hadn't mentioned Erik's age. So I made sure to do that in the epilogue.
