Shoving the parchment into her pocket, Scarlette hurried back to her common room. She stood outside next to the portrait, leaning against the wall as she waited.

And as she waited, her mind continued to wander back to that same topic....

Vincent smiled brightly on seeing her against the wall, dressed in his school robes, "sorry for the formal wear, I couldn't be bothered to get changed," he looked at her concerned, "are you alright?"

"Oh yes, I'm fine," Scarlette replied with a warm smile. "I just wanted to see you again. And I was hoping you could keep me occupied."

Her eyes moved up and down Vincent, coming to a stop at his face. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea....
