Television....
Bullet points while I wait for the long overdue delivery people to drop off my washer and dryer.
1. Doctor Who: Holy shit. No, I mean holy shit the Doctor has gone rogue!!. That is the episode that I've been waiting for. I've testified high and low that I fell for Ten when he uttered "No second chances, I'm that sort of a man." The potential has always been there for him to go dark, waaaay dark and all those tantalizing glimpses are finally coming full circle. You better believe I will have more to say on this. Much more.
2. Castle: Continues to amuse in a way that I never think much about the show until, oh, 9:45 on a Monday night and then spend 15 minutes anticipating its arrival. I wish they'd stop with the preachy not-so-subtle subtext that they use to try to tie the plot and sub-plot together. But it is a network show and I guess there are rules. *sigh*
3. White Collar: I am loving this show like pie. Fun, fast, smart (except when it's all too pat). However, y'all can keep your pretty boy Neal, I'm all about Peter. He rocks my socks. Mozzie is running a close second. Although there needs to be more June!
4. Project Runway: God, is it over yet? Bring on S7 and we will speak of this no more.
5. Top Chef: I am happy with any combination of Jennifer/Michael/Brian/Kevin. It's all good. Although...what was up with Jennifer and Mike V.? Never saw THAT coming.
I sort of fell out of watching anything else this season. I'm sure there is lots of other lovely television out there but I need more hours in my day.
Oh...almost forgot...The Guild: Go George! I do love a good redemption arc. :D :D How much do I love this show? As much as a non-gamer can, I guess.
