Locking Some Entries

I have always friends locked a few private entries but from here on out I am going to be screening a lot of my weight loss entries to a custom group of weight loss friends.  If you want to be in this group leave a comment.  The main reason for this is to not clog up people who aren't interested's journals with what I ate today, excercises I tried,
