Well, maybe Thursday's wi number was a water retention fluke.  If today was weekly wi though that would still only give me a .4 lb loss for the week .  I actually stopped at the market on my way to the bus stop this morning and grabbed a grapefruit and plain yogurt.  Yea Me!  (I didn't even miss the bus) I just ate half the grapefruit and now I am ( Read more... )

alcohol can def screw up weight loss plans, but it sucks not drinking, so I think it's worth it, heh :) Usually when I'm not preggo, when I go out I stick with rum and coke because it doesn't have as much calories or carbs as other drinks and I end up sipping it slower.

Plain yogurt is gross hey?? I hated it to begin with but now I've really developed the taste for it and can't have flavored yogurts because they taste too sweet and gross. But to begin with, I had to choke it down, heh.

Well, I wouldn't recommend going all Adkins, but the carbs will hurt if you take in too much. I would recommend cutting out fries at a meal if you eat out, substitute it with a salad or fruit cup or whatever. Even baked potato is not good, but better than fries if you don't add butter...lol

The plain yogurt was all right, I don't usually eat yogurt, this was almost better then eating yogurt with all the different stuff in it, to me anyway.
