Well, maybe Thursday's wi number was a water retention fluke. If today was weekly wi though that would still only give me a .4 lb loss for the week . Plain yogurt is gross hey?? I hated it to begin with but now I've really developed the taste for it and can't have flavored yogurts because they taste too sweet and gross. But to begin with, I had to choke it down, heh.
