Thursday 157 Wk 14

I am down a little over a pound from last week, so I still have a chance at breaking below 150 by mid-June.  I am going to weigh again tomorrow though b/c last Friday I was at 156.6, so I am curious on the comparison for Friday to Friday also.  I stayed home from work yesterday so my eating was a little weird.  It was nice though to be able to eat ( Read more... )

You can do it! Just keep at it! :) My friend is doing the same sort of thing, she goes to a gym and use to go every night... crazy, but good for her... she lost a lot of weight, or it looks like it because of the fact she has slimmed down quite a bit... she is fitting back into her pants that she wore when she was in college doing her student teaching...so she is doing rather well, and I am sure you are going to do that same thing! :)
